Since starting on this product (taking 2 after breakfast each day) I have not had one mentally dull day. As far as mood swings go, I've had bouts of depression, but not the apathy sensation where your whole world goes dark. If things in your life are pretty heavy duty, I guess there's no supplement that will keep you from being depressed at times. (That was one blessing about being mentally dull -- I was too zoned out to think about negative things!) I sincerely hope this company keeps making this product and keeping it affordable.

Doesn't matter which flavor, this form of Vit C works better than any other Vit C I've come across for staving off a cold. As someone else also experienced, I took two of these packets when I felt the telltale signs of coming down with a cold and it knocked it out. I also added two AirBorne tablets to the drink, but I've learned that AirBorne alone is not enough to fight off a cold. You must take this combo at the first signs of a cold in order to beat it.

I only take 5 capsules at night on an empty stomach before going to sleep, but the effects are helpful. Getting this large size is a cost savings, considering it is fairly expensive for a supplement. I had contact dermatitus for most of my adult life prior to taking this supplement. Now if I have a break-out (which is rare) it is minor and goes away quickly. I know it is purported to do many other positive things, and I can't prove any of that, but I'll continue buying it and taking it if only to keep the dermatitus from coming back.

With most supplements I take I either notice a great difference as I'm taking them or if I stop taking them. This is not at all a case of noticing a difference either way. But I believe this product helps my back combined with other products, and I've had nothing but good results with other NOW products. NOW is a conscientious company who from what I gather are good to their employees. I try to buy from them whenever possible.
