omg, i feel like i am living longer already, lol. it is great. MAKE SURE YOU DRINK YOUR 8 GLASSES OF WATER PER DAY with this. your kidneys can have a hard time if you don't. if you dont drink your water you have the potential to create kidney stones.

this works phenomenally, the only thing is it is hard to swallow, it is a texture unlike anything else it is very slimy-ish. but i have such a great day when i take it.
