I like the scent of this lavender oil better than the organic one from the same brand. This one smells more like actual lavender.

Nice floral aroma like when you walk into a florist's shop.

excellent, but the pills are really big.

I use this because I am bipolar type 2. I take 4 per day and it helps a lot with hypomania. If I forget to take these for a couple days, I get hypomanic again & I feel like I'm almost going insane, but then when I take them again, it goes away. Also, I'm really not a morning person AT ALL and they also help with morning grogginess. I still hate waking up early for work but I don't have that yucky tired feeling in my brain as much when I take these on a daily basis. The only cons are that 1. the pills are really big so I have to drain the oil out, add some lemon juice & water, and gulp it. and 2. they taste fishy. I find that when I drink the oil/lemon mix on an empty stomach, wait about a half hour & then eat something, I don't get a nasty fishy burp.

tummy ache

These work well to help me sleep but they make my tummy feel really funny. I don't take them anymore just because of the stomach thing, but they do work well.
