I have found Black Walnut Hulls to be especially helpful in relieving bloating, and as a complement to enzymes or HCl which help with digestion.

This particular B12 supplement is especially accessible. They dissolve easily under the tongue. The flavor is pleasant enough. What is noteworthy is that this particular blend includes both forms of B12 and Folic Acid - essential for health.

Yummy, but take with wisdom

These are a really pleasant way to prep the sensitive tummy for a meal. But don't make my mistake and take too many. Even with the "G" removed from the licorice, some people can experience edema if too many of the supplement are eaten in a short period of time. I've placed my next order, but I'll be using with caution, and adding in daily lemonade to the mix. (and, yes, I can drink lemonade again .. so thank you DGL!)

Panda Herbal licorice is my favorite flavor of licorice. I'm always surprised it's not a classic favorite. They're super gentle on the digestion. But there is a caution. If you are at all prone to high blood-pressure or water-retention, you should be careful not to wolf down the entire box! Savor them one-a-day, and drink some lemonade or cranberry juice as a chaser.

Dissolves well, boost of energy, good price

I'm very happy with this product. I have looked for an easy-to-dissolve B-12 lozenge and this one fills the bill. A friend once gave me the use of hers in an emergency, and they dissolved even better, however this brand is much more affordable than hers. I take two of these with one MegaFolinic when I need a boost. But don't take them right before bedtime, or bedtime might be delayed! This is my third time purchasing them.

As far as I'm concerned, Basil oil is the best kept secret of human health. One drop of Basil combined with a drop of Lavender is magic on muscle spasms. And it is my favorite remedy for a dancer's pains. Plus, mosquitoes don't seem to like it! The pleasant scent has gotten many a compliment. It doesn't smell like Pesto sauce.. instead there is a deep, almost licorice, undertone. When my bottle arrived, just opening the little plastic bag around it made me heady. I love this stuff.

Pleasant and a good combo

I have to take B12/folic acid, and this one is quite pleasant. It's not one that dissolves under your tongue, but if you let it linger in your mouth you'll still get that kind of benefit. The taste is nice.
