I've been using this green food formula for 8 years now, longer than most anyone. In that time, I've examined, tried, researched the 3-4 dozen other green food competitors on the market... maybe 3-4 come close, but their price points re 30-50% higher per oz. serving, and most brands don't use the green juice concentrates then freeze dried/extracted for nutrient/mineral density; they use whole food powders or blends, which leaves in all the rip off fiber content which displaces the nutrients that SHOULD be in there... so a long story short, most are heavy on marketing and price, low on nutrients and easy digestion/taste... at a great value per lb. Mixes well, no upset stomach, and no allergenicity for the sensitive among us. As an avid weight lifter, this fits the bill in place of hormone laden whey. Rice protein isolate, no fiber, no fat, no carbs, just 82+ % pure protein, low heat processed, from brown rice.

One of the few capsulated, powdered, 400iu options.. Hypo-allergenic for those sensitive among us. My only pet peeve with Twinlab, is that they will never and have never offered veggie caps... I wish this wasn't a gelatin capsule, but we can't have it all :)
