IMO, mixed with water it tastes very unpleasant. I mix it into a paste with a spoon & add more liquid as desired. The taste is rather bland so would work perfectly added to a smoothie. I prefer the taste when mixed with soy and carob ( although, I bought this so that I could avoid the soy !).

So far I'm only using this once per day ( forget to take it during the day ), but I have the drops first thing in the morning & feel less lethargic afterwards.

Am in good health anyway so I can't test the efficacy of this product, however, one night I had a strong stomach ache and took one cap of this stuff & all symptoms rapidly vanished. Amazing.

Although my hair is darkish brown naturally, this worked out well. It's most noticeable in the sunlight. It made my hair lighter with copper tones.

This is the first Magnesium Chloride that I've used. I have sore knee joints when I walk my dog & had a slow healing lower back strain. I rubbed this into those 3 locations directly and amazingly my knees aren't feeling sore when I walk & I've only used it twice so far. Usually my back heals from strains without issue but not this time -there was still a lingering pain so I rubbed in a small amount of the Mag. Chl. & no kidding, next day all residual pain gone ! My back is feeling completely normal again ( it was almost ok before the mag. but after 1 application problem 100% resolved ).

This product feels genuinely potent. I haven't tried the nascent iodine etc. & didn't feel that I had a deficiency but thought I'd try a cheaper version after reading all the info of how important iodine is. I can actually feel this having a positive effect on me so I believe the quality is high enough without having to waste a stack of cash on the pricey versions.

Never used soap nuts before until now. My washed clothes don't have any fragrance but they actually feel & smell clean and although I don't use fabric softener the fabric of the clothes feels as though I did :-)

I guess it comes down to your skin type. Maybe could be good for oily skin but for me, I prefer something far more emollient. However, it is gentle and mild which is good.

Felt much improved after supplementing with this. I'm also giving 2tsps per day to my Husky and she loves it ! Strong taste but the glycerin sweetens it and makes it okay for me. Hopefully this pulls out the mercury from my brain. Will be using anything natural that promises to achieve this result...

My dog and cat both love chlorella -one tab per day for cat halved & mixed in food and my Husky will eat them straight -up to 15 after or before her meal. I started her on 3 but she's handling the increased dose fine !
