I'm surprised more people don't know about Mac-nut oil, which is high in omega 9's like olive oil and low in omega 6. It is suitable for high heat cooking and baking, so it is quite versatile aa well as healthful. Consider trying it in pancakes, muffins, or in a light salad dressing; or drizzled on oatmeal or toast as an alternative to butter. It imparts a subtle, nutty flavor. NOW is not my favorite brand, but I chose this one because it is organic, sold in a darker bottle and I have not seen another organic Macadamia oil (except Nature's Way, which is no longer available).

I add a bit to any smoothie, baked goods oatmeal to boost fiber and protein. If you don't mind the appearance of the dark bits...

For some reason, the combination of herbs and nutrients in Menosense works for hot flashes, better than Black Cohosh alone. I need to take at least 4 right now, but other combinations just don't work for me, so I'm happy to take a few more. They do say that herbs work best in synergy with one another. I used to sell vitamins (before going into menopause) and many women believe in this product; saying it is the only thing that has worked for them. This combination is definitely worth trying and don't be afrais to try different amounts to find your own effective dose.

All the flavors are great. Mixes easily. Great for kids, elderly and cancer patients, because of whey's immune enhancing properties.
