I think the 5,000 mg dosage is the key. My hair has become so thick and luxurious since I started taking this Biotin. And it grows fast too!

I was skeptical, but this is a very good product. I have been able to reduce by Synthroid dose by 1/2, by adding just one tablet of Raw Thyroid per day, and I feel better. My Doctor says it of OK.

My cholesterol level has decreased to the point that my Doctor says I no longer need to take Crestor! To me that is fantastic, and I am so happy to be able to stop taking an artificial drug with tons of potential side effects. Try it, and I hope that your results are as good as mine.

My Doctor recommended calcium to prevent osteoporosis, and some of the others upset my stomach, and are also really hard to swallow. I am so glad that I found this product. It is easy on the stomach & easy to swallow. As always, Thank You iHerb for the wonderful product selection, & the great service.

This really helps me sleep through the night. I was waking up after about 2 hours of sleep. I did not want to go to the doctor, and end up with a potentially addictive pill with side effects. So this is a good solution for me.

I love this form of Vitamin C. I only take 2 caps per day, & I can tell that my body uses this more effectively that most other Vitamin C formulations. I have not been sick all winter.

Confessions of a blue eyed blonde --- Nubian heritage body wash with raw shea butter is the best. I have always liked pure shea butter for moisturizing my arms & legs, but I hesitated to purchase this product because the implication was that it is only for dark skinned persons. Not so! This is an excelllent product. I hope you try it & are as pleasantly surprised as I was. It smells yummy too.
