This is a water extract so it really helps

This is a great product. The water extract is more easily absorbed by the body so you can benefit from taking this form. I believe it has kept my sugar under control.

A good alternative

These work fairly well combined with a nasal spray. My husband takes four and has not been able to reduce the number taken each night. We are on the 4th or 5th bottle. They are a good alternative to the C-Pap which makes its own noise. They also reduce the muscle spasms.

I take these daily for the anti-oxidants. They are not caffine free but I do not notice any caffine buzz. I take them in the morning with my other vitamins and supplements.

I have taken DHEA off and on and believe that this product is better. I feel it helps me build more strength and endurance and keeps my hormone level balanced.
