Great way to get your vitamins

I was looking to switch some of my vitamin supplementation to liquid form and found this on iHerb. The flavor and consistency of this product are good and makes for easy taking any time of the day. It does not leave an after taste and has a hint of blueberry flavor.

I forgot that this was concentrated so when I first used the product, it was quite potent tasting! Now I just pour a few drops into a glass of water.

I purchased this product and was surprised to see some orange things floating around in the bottle. I believe that this is normal based on the ingredients such as citrus - just be sure to shake it up really well each time. You may want to take this with a drink to dilute the taste. I would recommend this product.

I purchased this product to "move things along" and it surely did. I did experience some mild stomach cramps and eventually had to discontinue using the product after a couple of weeks because I could not be chained to my home bathroom. I guess that indicates that it was doing its job..

I have only been taking Fuco thin for a few weeks - I have not noticed any difference so far. I did read the label and it said you can increase the amount you take in a day so I just did that - I have not noticed any weight loss at all so far, but it's too early to tell.

this product in no way provided me with tranquil sleep. I have a tendency of waking up multiple times during the night--I still had the same trouble getting back to sleep when taking these tablets.
