I use this on my face sometimes before I go to bed, to get rid of dry skin. I haven't had any problems with bad skin after using this product. My skin feels kind of oily when I touch it though, but maybe I've just put too much on.

I know these are supposed to be good and nutritious, but I just don't think they taste good. And when I let them soak in water over night for smoothies they smell a little bit like alcohol. The taste is bitter.
