It is a little stronger than I expected (seems like quite a bit of alcohol), but it isn't drying, so it is fine.

and instantly reacted negatively to it -- terrible itching occurred (instead of relief of itchy I desired!). Hoping it was just a freak accident. Will try again for sunburn, etc.

My initial thought is that Vaseline Intensive Care lotion works better. I find the fragrance minimal -- which is FINE -- doesn't clash with my perfume.
