Finally made this today in our bread machine. Turned out perfectly. Taste is as good as regular French bread. Good taste, without the wheat, and very easy to make.

This is the best GF bread I have found, and we absolutely love it. We make it in a bread machine with a GF cycle and it comes out perfect every time. We have made several loaves and love it. This is our main bread staple as we have gone on a wheat free diet to improve our health, not for any medical problem. We highly recommend this product and iHerb.com.

We have made cornbread that is out of this world. We make a pan, cut it into squares and freeze it to eat later in soups, gumbo and chili. This is easy to make and tastes as good as regular cornbread. Highly recommend this product and iHerb.com.
