Actually helps the gut in healing it, plus it is very nourishing. It's about ten days since I started taking it, but I can feel the difference. Highly recommended for anyone with gut issues.

Works like a miracle on intestines. I hope and pray it works for anyone who tries. Just a word of caution, if your intestinal health is not very good, begin with just one capsule, and preferably "not" on empty stomach (may cause bloating/diarrhea). As you get better move on to taking empty stomach, and increase the dose gradually.

Smelt of stale oil. Maybe they should advance their expiry date, or change storage policy. Otherwise a good product.
