I have started taking more fiber for Diabetes and it seems to help! I take a tablespoon in the morning with a rice protein drink and a tablespoon in the evening before bed. Seems to help with high blood glucose in the morning! Helps to keep you regular, great price!

This supplement was recommended by an MD who wrote a book about Diabetes and by a friend of mine who is an RN. From all the information I've read, it seems to have the supplements that are recommended for Diabetes. And you only take two a day! I have always heard good things about Carlson and have liked their products in the past.

I love using a few drops of the squalane on my face after washing . . . it keeps it moist, not a heavy oil . . get alot of compliments on my complexion and that's all I use . . . very inexpensive compared to all the creams out there. Hard to find this in Health Food Stores . . .so glad iherb carries it!

Great way to get your fish oils!

I'm not a fish eater so need to take a supplement. I was really surprised at how pleasant this tasted - not too heavy and not fishy tasting at all. You need to be sure that your fish oil supplement does not contain mercury or toxins and since fish oil is prone to oxidation, the brand is important. This fish oil has been rigorously tested for mercury and other contanamintants. It is recommended by Dr. David Perlmutter in his "Better Brain Book", they use it at the Perlmutter Center.
