I been using this formula nearly 45 days at one capsule/day in the morning (this is a 1/2 dose according to directions). ***DISCLAIMER as results may vary with usage and health status*** I'm less fatigued and if I do nap, they're not as long and more restorative. Due to old injuries, I've suffered with neuropathies and muscle pains for years. Since starting this formula the pain in my right arm is almost non-existent. Muscle fatigue post exercise or work is greatly reduced. Recovery time is drastically improved. Before, I would have a work-out "hang-over" for a day or longer. This is of great benefit to my practice and patients. Reflexes are faster. Again, I'm not the only one benefitting from my improved functionality. I do concentrate better and for longer periods. I plan to reorder this product and take it at the full dosage. I also plan to introduce other nootropic agents down the line but want to test the full dose results first. He didnt' recommend any specific brand but has had great results with nootropics and particularly the ones in this formula.
