Easy to take and they work

When i dont want drink my fiber in water, before sleeping ect...i just take like 3 of these caps ..they seem to work great, if not better than my more expensive powder and water fiber.

My favorite toothpaste, been using it for about 5 months, and it really gets your teeth smooth, and my gums look much better, also taking extra Vitamin D seems too help my gums........The paste has a grit to it, so this really polishes the enamal, the tubes are kinda small but seem to last:)
