Hard for me to tell if most vitamins & minerals work except with blood work, but I could tell within a week that this was making a difference. Even though I was on other probiotics...this one helped me turn the corner. I also had to be off sugar.

Fights and prevent colds. I use mega doses, recommended by my doctor & haven't had a cold in years. If cold systems begin, take more Vitamin C & in a few days, cold symptoms are gone. Can't recommend dosage as varies per person.

This is one product I have used for a long time since having Candida. Helps, but I needed other products in addition. Have taken in mega doses, at the recommendation of a physician, when symtoms of Candida flared.
