Have been taking for about 4 weeks and am noticing good results. This is the first supplement I have taken that I directly noticed help eliminate belly fat. I am only 31yrs old but had stubborn belly fat (and 10 extra lbs). I also take CLA and Super Citrimax, this has made the biggest difference when I added it.

My eyes had yellowish'ness so I knew I needed something for my liver, and the milk thistle extract alone I was taking did not make much of a difference. This however, did, it's been a couple weeks and it's almost gone.

Taste is good. I usually feel the need to chew at least 2 at a time because 1 is a little bit small in your mouth, but love that you can buy in bulk for a good price.
