I heard a lot of great things about taking tuarine and decided to give it a try. I've been taking it daily and have to say that it's really improved my sleeping. I feel more calm and relaxed after taking a dose. It's also supposed to be good for your eyes/vision.

This is a great source of algae. I've been taking it daily for a few months and feel so much better! The only thing I dislike is that it contains beeswax.

This brand of glutathione is effective. I felt a difference almost immediately after taking it the first time. My skin complexion looks clearer and brighter which is a good indicator that the glutathione is helping my liver to function more efficiently. The NOW brand gets its glutathione from Japan like the Jarrows formula, but uses less fillers and a vegetable capsule instead of gelatin. I will continue to take this brand because it works and at $0.27 a capsule for 250mg, is very affordable!

This B12 is much better than Jarrows. The tablet is much smaller and disolves quickly. It also doesn't contain citric acid or other corn derivatives. I immediately felt a difference after taking this.

This B complex supplement contains methylcobalamin b12 and not cobalamin which doesn't get absorbed easily. It also doesn't contain unnecessary fillers and comes in a vegetable capsule. I take one or two a day depending on how I feel. B vitamins are necessary for optimal health and can treat all types of problems like fatigue, irritability, and insomnia.

I did a lot of research online on ubiquinol vs coq10 and decided to take ubiquinol. I feel more energetic. My only problem with it is that the gelatin capsules are made from fish. I am going to finish this bottle and go with a different brand that doesn't use gelatin.

Really Does Help Eyes

I wasn't sure about ordering this form of lutein because I heard that it doesn't get absorbed as well as the free form lutein. I wanted to try floraglo but couldn't find a source that doesn't use gelatin capsules. After some research, I discovered that lutein esters are just as effective as free form as long as some fat is consumed with the supplement. This is a great product. I noticed an improvement in my vision after taking it for a couple days and also less strain and discomfort. I take two capsules (20mg) with some fat like oil or nuts for absorption. I'm glad that Jarrows offers lutein in vegetable capsules.

I take taurine every evening. It helps me to relax and fall asleep. I also read that it is good for eyes and keeping vision clear. Bluebonnet is a fantastic brand. They offer supplements in plant based capsules and use glass bottles. This brand was tested for purity and strength by consumerlabs.com and passed.

I take supplemental zinc and heard that it can deplete copper. To keep my levels balanced, I've been taking copper everyday. I don't really feel a difference and am not sure if it's working, but I'll continue to taking it.
