This product tastes great and is priced very reasonable, but haven't found it to be as effective as using other probiotics I've tried in the past.

I've had a sinus infection and began using this product recently as directed. After nine doses over 2.5 days, I have to stop using this product as it has dried out my nasal passages and seen some blood right after use occur.
