Since I started taking my sugar runs about 10 points lower .I take 1tblsp 3 times a day .I also take beef liver with this .

I had very low D acording to my Dr .She tried me on the once a week prescription kind with out much change. I used this product for 3 months Daily with my Dr's ok an my levels are in the Normal High range .I use this Under Dr supervison because of the "High dose " I take it every other day now an my levels stay fine . " I strongly recomend using this under Dr Supervison "
