Isoflavones are not well studied for long term effects so we have no idea what the consequences of using them may be. However, they do work effectively for some PMS and Perimenopausal symptoms...but only temporarily. I have used these for several years and find they have their greatest effect in the first week after which they seem to lose that effect. Then I stop taking them wait a few weeks and try again. Ths is a soy derived product.

I've read that camphor oil is outlawed in places in Europe for being a potential carcinogenic. My father inlaw used this for years mixed with eucalyptus for head colds. It was placed on a cotton near the patient not put on the skin.

Flavor Leaves Alot to Be Desired

I like this vitamin C. It is inexpensive and does the job. Ester C is better but if you cannot find or buy Ester C and need the chewable, this will do. I much prefer their peach mango flavor, although that flavor is extremel TART...still beats this flavor hands down. This is very earthy tasting and you almost wish you had chewed it up with food. The fruit powder used must be the same stuff I make my bath soaps with...smells and tasted the same.

Giovannis hair conditioners are too heavy IMO. The 50/50 is better and the root one is terrible. Your hair comes out like it was coated in oil. I love their shampoos but they need to work at making their conditioners lighter weight for folks with fine hair.

Cheap and Works That Way

Not a high quality shampoo. None of Natures Gate shampoos work well for me. I have used them as dog shampoos where they work great. Nice scent, lathers ok but it just does not do the job.

Mixed feelings here. Enjoyed the great reviews on this product. This has a great, Jasmine tea flavor and light scent. I enjoyed drinking it with milk and honey like my previous oolong which came from premium I think. This one is lightly hued like green tea. I think it may have alot more caffeine that I am used to. Began getting those daily headaches with it and decided to go off it. Its not the rich, deeply hued oolong I have enjoyed before but it has a unique flavor of its own if you can get past the caffeine.

Doesnt' taste good, has no apparent wax to make it glide so it sticks...if you like that count it as the plus here - and you get about a third as you would with the much cheaper brand name variety.

Not The Right Choice For Me

I was looking for an all natural food based calcium and this is ground herbs with some natural calcium and other mineral content, presumably. No way to know how much calcium you are actually getting as the mg. listed is how many mg. of these herbs are in each pill. I discovered you can dump these out of the caps into hot water and make a fair tea with them but are they an effective calcium form...no stats to indicate that they are.

Wish It Had Co Factors

Seems to break down adequately enough in the mouth with saliva or water - I chew them - is scored to take in half. You won't because you would be at it all day to get your 1200 mg. Flavor is minimal. If only it had the important co factors such as magnesium, D3 and K2. Priced right if you want calcium only and plan to add your own co factors so your body can actually use it.
