This method of candidas control appeals to me the most so far. Really has cut my taste for sugar. I kicked Dr. Pepper last year and gained weight! This year, using this product, cutting out soda was much, much easier! And I lost 10 lbs. (145 down to 135). I'm also using it in an effort to rid myself of food intolerances I've developed over the last few years. I can already tell that my intestinal lining has healed to the point where I don't get excrutiating arthritis when I eat dairy, so that opens up more food opportunities at restaurants. Still can't handle wheat, but I'm going to keep hoping. This product will give you a lot of gas (painful, especially around the heart area for me), especially when you begin using it. Also, candidas die-off can be very constipating. I hate to say it, but enemas help with both and are not as harsh as laxatives (even the natural ones don't agree with me or work). Detox for Women recommends this product and Candex and to alternate the two. Most experts say you need to switch up your attack strategy to combat candidas, however I was so happy with Candex, I didn't use this one much. Used it for four days while waiting for more Candex to come in and didn't feel like it worked as much. I plan to try to use it again though since four days is probably not enough time to give a product before judging.
