Good quality product. This stuff works. It also does cause some funny/interesting dreams (not nightmares, just weird dreams) if you take it before bed, which makes it even more fun and worth taking.

You get what you pay for sometimes. Solgar might be more, but this is pure Niacin. I can tell by the flushing I get, telling me it is working. Perfect dose too. Well worth the money.

I can tell this is working, because I get hot as hell a half hour after taking it. Definitely thermogenic. Take on empty stomach half hour before a workout.

Excellent benefits from using this. Like mentioned in the literature, this ginseng tends to be cooling, rather than heating like Korean. Good for Type A personalities. The whole root also produces much fewer side effects than standardized doses. One negative: it is way too sweet. Best taken like a shot of whiskey to avoid this taste
