My hormones were out of balance with PMS and even stress mid-cycle. I have noticed a stabilization of my hormones during the month. I take it regularly every day to keep it going!

I feel very good with this product, but was a little surprised by the strong sweetness. I have gotten used to it. Next time I will try the plain rather than the vanilla.
