I use this before soccer, i just came back to soccer at age 33 after having a long time off, since i was 11years old.. My second training session was tonight and i lasted the full 2hours and 15mins and was ok

The other brands must be filling their capsules with stuffing to make them bigger. Not sure about the content as i dont check my blood regularly. But seems to work. Great Price Quick postage Thanks
