Best vit C I've ever used. My body seems to retain this a lot more than regular ascorbic acid. I notice a little more energy but mostly my immune system seems good when using these.

Delivers high levels of epa/dha from just 1 softgel. I use this with Taurine or Magnesium when I am very stressed, or after a night of little sleep or alcohol. It calms my nervous system massively. also before high carb or fat meals, seems to curb blood suagr rushes which is good for me being a diabetic. 2 years of usage hasn't really reduced my ldl but has slightly raised my hdl.

Been using this product on and off for a few years. Always seems to give me a stronger metabolism, and gives me great energy for the first half of the day, but then it seems to drop off in the evening, which isn't a bad thing I guess. But when I exercise or am stressed after working in the evening, I need to supplement some individual antioxidants instead. Being a diabetic, I've used a lot of expensive multivits, but this seems to deliver what I need. I also include 1000iu D3 (as this has D2), Slow R Vit C, Coq10 (although this includes a little) & Omega 3 to give me my daily requirements.
