I was hesitant to rely on something - so I brought this into my g.p. and my ob/gyn and both said if it works, then use it. It definitely does work. I take 2 every day and never get constipated. Other supplements have made me bloated or have other negative consequences. This has none-- at least for me. I have told friends about it and one said it didn't do anything; the other said it did too much. I have been taking it for 10 years and it is very reliable.

Hasn't done anything for me... yet (6 weeks). I plan to continue until the bottle is gone and will buy another in hopes that it will kick in later (7 months though... that is a long time to see results). No adverse side effects and doesn't leave me constipated as another reviewer stated(for if it did, I would NOT take it -- and I am sensitive to that happening!).

I love CoQ10. It helps me when I take it before a workout. I get almost double the workout. Also when I use this product it cures my paraesthesias (tingling/numbness) in my arms which was an unintentional cure for a bothersome condition.

This didn't work for me to get me asleep. In fact, it felt like I had a harder time falling asleep when taking it. It did keep me asleep once I drifted off (no night time bathroom breaks but I care about the first rather than the latter).
