Down here in New Zealand, we can't afford dentistry because the cost of living is so high and it is not covered by national health, so more people just get rotten teeth pulled. Clove and tea tree oil products have helped me keep more of my teeth healthy for longer.

In New Zealand, fruits and veggies are quite expensive unless you grow them yourself. On an extreme budget, this is a cheap solution to getting some greens into your diet in those weeks where fruits and veggies are by necessity scarce in your shopping trolley.

This was a very effective sleep formula for me, and I really liked it; it did not work well for someone else I know, however. I am 50 and she's a teen so there may be an age reason.

This takes the edge off a bad day. Works even better taken regularly they say, but I don't use it that way. If it doesn't work for you as spot usage, then try a regular regime of it.
