After several months of taking two capsules once a day, I find that my cholesterol has dropped by about 18%! My doctor is happy and I don't have to worry about liver and muscle damage from statin drugs. I highly recommend this, but be sure and give it time to work.

and a good way to get your l-carnitine as the liquid form is more readily absorbed on an empty stomach and the pills are rather large. Has a very nice flavor, too.

This is a good product with the required 2:1 calcium/magnesium balance that doesn't taste chalky despite a milky appearance. It is a bit pricy for the common ingredients.
