I use it against candida and speudonomonas infection. It does work, but you have to be patient to see a result because it takes months to recover from these infections. I use it 7 times a day. You can see that it works because it gives a kind of detox effect. Like bloating and flatulence

It's a little bit sweet, but certainly not to sweet! You can make one strong cup of this tea, than it's seet, but if you take one bag in one litre, the tea is also great. It has a nice color too..

Me and my brother take 2 pills a day on empty stomach to treat candida. We will use it till we are recovered. It does work, can can feel a kind of herxheimer reaction when you start using it. This is usual when you have systemic candida infection. WE also use other supplements.

I like it to get the healty LA an ALA with only one teaspoon of the black seed oil a day. I take it with dinner and keep on using it! Most people only talk about EPA and DHA and GLA, but don't forget these.

It's not cheap, but it has a nice smell and it puts a kind of layer on your skin that stays on it for a long while and feels very nice. It's complete natuaral with as I think safe ingredients
