Decent Cup.

Free Cup. Can't complain much. Does retain some temperature but not as much as a thermal cup. I like my tea abit more diluted in a bigger cup but for most people, this size is just nice for one tea bag.

Prices for Scivation has gone up way more than many brand. This was originally touted as a good value for money protein. This is not the case anymore. Taste is fine and mixes easily.

My review for this is the same as the one I had for Chocolate. I think this will work for most people. Mixes easily in a shaker. I like vanilla more as I can play around with the flavors i.e. adding fruits, etc as chocolate tends to dominate.

I used to be hyperthyroid but over medication has caused me to become hypo. Along with it came recurrent infections, yeast, bacteria and parasites as well as very low stomach acid and leaky gut and weightloss. I take this with some of my heavy meals of the day but it does get very expensive for me as I have to take very high doses of 9-12 capsules. So a bottle can last me only at most a week or less. I wish there was a bigger more economical bottle. I am not cured and I don't know for how long I have to take this but it helps without making me miserable after meals.

I do not live in the States and for some reason, iherb sells some of the more popular whey for alot more than other places but this remains reasonably priced, factoring in shipping as well. The flavor is decent enough and mixes easily. For the price, I felt I didn't have to go for other fanciful "designer" brands, even though their taste might be abit better.

Initially bought this for cholesterol control but realize that it may be overstressing my liver too much due to my yeast and parasite infection. When I tried this, it did not create any flushing symptoms but I would urge everyone to research abit as sustained released tend to stay you your system abit too long and may stress the organs i.e. liver. I cannot comment on cholesterol control effects.

This peanut butter taste good and good quality ingredients go into making it. Unfortunately, as I am on a candida diet now, I cannot no longer take this as it contains cane sugar.

I generally like emulsified fish oil rather than pure ones which are watery and can create a mess pouring them out. This is good. I wish they didn't include sorbitol though.

I had initially bought this as part of the main ingredient for trying out the oil cleansing method. Later after researching further, I found that this can be used to aid bowel movement and prevent constipation. Definitely good to have around.
