Used it on an oven burn and the skin grew back quite well with less scaring. The skin is pale but hardly a scar.

Hair feels nice when I use this. It has a mild fragrance. I have trouble with most perfumes, but this one is OK.

Hair comes out well conditioned. Fragrance is not overly "perfumy". I get headaches from most fragrances, but not from this conditioner. Not overly waxy. Would not recommend for young children with long hair as they need something a little more waxy to make it easier to comb through.

Helped bring up children's iron levels

Two of my kids tested several times, low iron in their blood. I tired vitamins with iron to no avail. I used 2 teaspoons once a day at night in a glass of orange juice and it worked. Their blood levels of iron are now normal. Please note: I used half of the recommended dose and it still worked. They didn't mind the taste or upset their stomach.

Great for mood/ depression

Acetyl-l Carnitine helps with depression by increasing Dopamine. I notice when I stop taking this that I am more depressed. I can't say that it takes away all depression but it helps a lot. I take 1000mg on an empty stomach in the morning.

I bought this product based on the good reviews. I've tried lots of "natural" deodorants and this one actually works. The perfume isn't too strong either. I will buy this again.

Help with energy and depression

This helps with depression quite a bit ( but not all). I take first thing in morning and it does help with energy. I also take 5-hpt at night to help with depression. I wouldn't live without this. Supposed to take twice a day, but I usually forget.

Helps reduce appetite after a few weeks of taking. I take 2 caps, 3x a day before meals( empty stomach). It's subtle reduction, but it does help when dieting.

My bilirubin is often elevated and this helps keep it down to almost normal. I also take NAC and eat more fruit and veggies to help the liver.
