Great formula for the cold and flu season. Taken daily, it helps keep your immune system strong. Others will be falling ill and you and ask why you never get sick. To be taken preventatively: if you do get sick, or feel something coming on, stop taking this product and take something for acute illness like Yin Chaio or Echinacea Goldenseal Olive Leaf.

I like this product a lot. I was unhappy with most of the stick deoderants I have used. I like the fragrance, and it dries quickly and works well. This is not going to be as effective as an antiperspirant, of course, but since I don't use those, I wasn't expecting it. You may have to apply it more than once a day, but I am fine with that, and find it refreshing. I keep one at home and one at work. Give it a try
