I haven't used it long enough to know if it really has any special effect on my hair . but I think my hair has been growing a little bit faster since I startet using it. not much effect on my skin. gives me a burning feeling in my throat a couple of hours after, not a big deal.

A great shampoo, my hair is Very clean after only one wash, using just a small amount of product. So you don't have to wash it two times, like many other, more expensive shampoos. It also smells wounderfully, while shampooing and hours later. can't say anything about the nourishing effect after one month use.
