This is a very rich moisturizer with lovely feel and scent. It is non irritating. Careful with oily skin or oily zones as it is very moisturizing. As for long term results, I'll report later.

It's a little expensive but I love the taste of this. Not too fishy like nordic naturals. There isn't any noticable stomach upset like I have from those fish oils that do smell or taste fishy.

One spray of this is pretty intense for me, but I don't get headaches as I would with synthetic fragrances.

excellent even for acne prone

I have combination acne prone skin so I was hesitant to purchase this given the main ingredient is coconut oil. But I have been extremely pleased with the ease of use, clear cosmetic grade coverage, and skin health since daily use of this sun screen. It is gentle enough to be used near the eye area. Best of all ...natural and no scary chemicals! UPDATE: I feel this is a little to heavy for someone with hot flashes. My makeup would just melt off. I have since changed to 100 percent pure brand, though I will keep this around for when things change back to cool and dry.
