THIS STUFF IS GREAT FOR HEART HEALTH. MIX TO TASTE-NO WASTE. ONE BOTTLE DID LEAK DURING SHIPMENT,BUT WAS WELL PACKED AND CONTAINED IN ZIP LOCK BAG. I SHOULD CONTACT THEM FOR REPLACEMENT.
