Disappointed

I was so excited to find this product, but it turns out that the the levels of kelp and iodine are high enough to cause acne. At 60 years old, this is not a good thing. I was really disappointed and will have to return the product. I will contine to try and find somthing like this that does not contain so much of the acne causing products.

Great Product

These are wonderful. They work gently and are easy to take. Just two in the morning and two at night. I started with one capsule to err on the side of caution, but was able to increase to two capsules in just a couple of weeks. Very great product.

I have only been taking these for a few weeks. There are no significant changes, but I have had difficulty with this kind of product in the past - gas, stomach cramps, etc. This product seems to be working well with my system. I have had no difficulty at all and will continue to use this particular brand.

I am assuming this is doing all it is supposed to do. I don't see a big difference, but have only been taking them a few weeks. Note of interest - these capusules are extremely large. Some people may have trouble with them. I will continue to use this particular brand since there have been no side effects.

Apparently I have not been getting enough fiber. These have made a difference and there is no gas or cramping at all. Very easy to take and I will continue to use this product
