I have used ARG calcium citrate regularly for 12 years and have found it to be very effective and very easily absorbed. For a person with milk intolerance, I have found that it is an excellent supplement to help prevent calcium deficiency. I find that it often assists sound sleep and mood improvement. I previously tested several other brands of calcium but found this product to be the most satisfactory.

This is an excellent product which is easily absorbed and very effective. I have used this product regularly, for 12 years and am very pleased with it, especially when I use it in conjunction with Allergy Research Group calcium. I tested several other brands of magnesium before settling on this one, and have always been very satisfied with the results.
