Severe adrenals didn't seem to respond to just twice a day with this. Upped intake to 2 morning, noon, and 3pm on Dr's advice. Made a world of difference. Increase dosage slowly to allow body to adjust. These upset my stomach about and 1.5 hours after eating, if I don't eat enough. Definitely take with meals
