Chocolate snack in its purest form - raw, no sugar, no fat. I munch them with raw almonds or walnuts to balance flavor & texture.

The seeds are fine, but a re-sealable bag would greatly improve handling. For convenience, I pour them into smaller glass jars and throw away the plastic bag they come in.

A convenient way to snack on chocolate without the added sugar, fats, milk, & calories. This way, the cocoa is naturally bitter but not too bitter, I suppose because it's raw and so retains all the enzymes. I do wish they would do a better job of removing the outer fibrous husk.
