I have long heard of the benefits of coconut oil and I especially like this organic version. I put it on my English muffins instead of butter. I bought two - one for work and one for home.

I read a book written by a pharmacist recommending the use of policosanol to help cholesterol numbers and that it also acts as a blood thinner. I quit taking my 81 mg aspirin. I have not had any lab reports yet but feel good about taking it.
