i have fibromyalgia and have experienced "fibro-fog". within 2 days of taking this supplement, i felt mental clarity and have had much improved short-term memory. this is an excellent product.

vegetarians beware: this is not a vegetarian product. the capsule is made of gelatin i take evening primrose for rosacea and this does not work as well as the Jarrow Formula EPO.
