I liked it enough, but I don't feel like it really gave me that much new knowledge that I didn't already have, but if you are just getting started out in being more health conscious then this would probably be more interesting.

great price, as described. taking vitamin D3 seems to keep my family healthy. I haven't gotten sick since starting it, even though everyone around me seems to have come down with something
