the taste is fairly pleasant when you put it in your mouth to swallow the pill. I mean it's not like eating an ice cream sundae, but it doesn't taste as bad as I'd imagined it would. It turns your stools all green though, so be prepared for that! I like this stuff. Chlorella is a great detox supplement that makes you healthier and even improves body odor. This seems like a good brand so far, and the price is right, so I will keep on using it.

The list of ingredients and there sources seem pretty high quality for such an inexpensive prenatal. I was paying 4Xs more for my last prenatal brand and I don't think there is a huge difference in quality.

The flavor is fine, but I actually like the regular NOW psyllium husk without any flavor better. This is a powder, and the other stuff I used before were whole husks. I didn't realize this would be powered, but I probably just didn't read the description well enough. I like NOW products in general though.

I liked it enough, but I don't feel like it really gave me that much new knowledge that I didn't already have, but if you are just getting started out in being more health conscious then this would probably be more interesting.
