I've tried many of these kinds of products, used to take DHA, choline and phospho separately. This is the best combination I've found so far. No stimulant, just useful brain nutrition, moderately priced in an easy to swallow (very small) capsule.

This one didn't work for me. I couldn't tell any different, even after several days. Also, it was tough on my stomach, so I'm passing up on this one.

I like this product. It's good pituitary and gonadal support. I couldn't take the full dose on the label, too nausiating, but smaller does spread out over the day work well. It helps stamina and mental focus. Warning, the tablets are huge, but if pituitary support is your goal, it's a small hassle for the benefit. I suspect it's especially useful for older men trying to maintain muscle tone.

I keep in on the shelf, take it at the very first sign of cold/flu. Symptoms never develop. It's been years since I've had a cold or flu.

I alternate between this, a Yohimbe based DHEA, and Country Life DHEA for men. It seems effective and stable.

This was the first DHEA product I ever used. I still use it, only in alternating combination with BioTech Virile and a Yohimbe compound DHEA.

Nature's Way, B-50 Complex, 100 Capsules

Most B complex products are too strong for normal use if you each a proper diet. The B-50 is a good balance as a supplement. Nature's Way is a good preparation, goes down easy, works smoothly.

I used this product back when it contained ephedrine. It was good then, but dropped out of sight with the ephedrine scare. I'm glad I found it again. Good product. No buzz, no rush, just good consistent performance on a predictable time schedule.

Good alternative to whey

I tried this drink mix after using a whey protein drink that I like, but which may have aggravated an old milk allergy. I was pleasantly surprised. It tastes better than the whey and mixes better. And, it's sugar free, too, which I need. I'll stay with the MRM egg white drink.
