I've been taking Vitex for 4 months with HUGE improvement in PMS symptoms. I've gone from wicked crampiness to virtually no cramps at all. Whether or not it would work this well for everyone, I don't know, but I do know it has worked well for me. Yes even better than taking 600 mg of advil 3 times a day. not to mention it must be a lot easier on the gut.

I've been taking these since January 2011; as I need the iron. I have no problems with stomach upset or constipation. Great product. Will continue to purchase/recommend.

Been using this product for several years. like it b/c it's a purified no after taste product. Also give it to my dogs. poke a hole in the gel tab squirt on their food.
