I ordered this tea from iherb.com at nearly a 50% savings from the local health store. Same brand, same quality, great service. My husband drinks this tea as a dietary supplement - he does not particularly like its flavor but it does seem to help with his weight loss regiment.

Tasty and nutritious

Whole grain teff cooks up like other grains, the grains are very small and it is brown in color. The taste reminds me of cream of wheat or malt o meal. I added some milk and sugar, and a bit of salt and had as a breakfast cereal/snack. Very tasty.

Not for me

This is the first time I've tried whole grain quinoa, having read about its nutritious benefits. It cooks up into small round grains, they are not sticky at all. The taste is not for me - somewhat "green." I will be seeking recipes to mask that flavor somewhat.
