This is something my mom told me about Vit D3 being available at a higher dosage. It prevents me from taking quite a few of the lower dosage. Very convenient :)

this is a nice alternative to the usual bug spray - it would be nice if it was a bigger container or a special to purchase a few at a time - instead of reordering all the time
